Instructions for First Time Users:

• Existing Google or Microsoft email account: Create your account using one of the Single Sign-On (SSO) options for your existing Google or Microsoft account.
• If you do NOT have an existing Google or Microsoft email account: Click on the 'Create an Account' button. You will receive a verification email upon account creation, asking you to confirm your email address within 24 hours of receipt. Please make sure to check all spam folders. If you do not verify in time, you can click on the 'Resend Verification Email' link at this login screen.
